Admission Notice for B.A/B.SC/B.COM/B.C.A/B.B.A/B.M.M.M.C/OCMIL/FAZILA (CBCS) 5th & 6th Semester at Kashmir University
Kashmir University has recently released an important notification regarding the admission process for the B.A/B.SC/B.COM/B.C.A/B.B.A/B.M.M.M.C/OCMIL/FAZILA (CBCS) 5th & 6th semester. Eligibility for Admission:
1. All candidates of B.A/B.Sc/B.Com/BCA/BBA/BMMC/OCMIL/FAZILA (3rd and 4th Sem) Batch 2021 are eligible for admission.
2. Candidates from Batch 2020 and previous batches, including erstwhile Annual scheme students of the 2nd year, who have not sought admission in the 5th & 6th Semester scheme yet, are also eligible for admission.
Admission Process:
The admission formalities for completion of admission in the affiliated Colleges of the University shall be available from 15-06-2023 to 30-06-2023 with following conditions:
1. Candidates from Batch 2021 seeking admission in the 5th & 6th Semester need to visit the Information Cell of the concerned college to obtain the Enrolment Sheet. They do not need to download any admission form.
2. Candidates from Batch 2020 and previous batches, including Annual Scheme students, seeking admission in the 5th & 6th Semester, must submit the Online Admission Form available on the University Website. In case of any discrepancy related to online form submission, candidates should visit the Information Cell of the College with all original documents.
3. Enrolment Sheet for Batch 2021 or downloaded Admission form for Batch 2020 and previous batches should be submitted in the respective college with the subject combination as per the current syllabus.
4. The College will accept the new form on the University online portal using the unique Form No. printed on the form.
5. The College will assign subjects online as mentioned by the candidate in the Enrolment Sheet/Admission form.
Confirmation of Subjects and Fee Payment:
1. Candidates need to check the MyFormStatus page (available on the University Website) by entering their University Registration No.
2. Candidates must confirm the subjects assigned online by the College on the MyFormStatus page before making the fee payment.
3. If the subjects shown on the MyFormStatus page do not match the candidate's choice, they should immediately visit the College Information Cell for subject correction within the stipulated time (before Fee Receipt generation).
4. Once subjects are confirmed online, no further changes will be allowed.
5. Candidates can choose the mode of fee payment as per the options provided.
6. Fee payment through Receipt Mode can be made at any Finacle Branch of J&K Bank.
7. Requisite admission and examination fees for the 5th & 6th Semester should be submitted as per the fee structure in effect.
Important Points to Note:
1. Attendance will be counted from the start of class work, so it is essential for all admitted candidates to attend classes regularly.
2. Principals of all affiliated colleges must submit the required information, reports, and Registration Return along with the prescribed Fee Report (generated online) to the designated office within 10 days after the closure of admissions.
3. Payment made through any other means, including Bank Drafts, will not be accepted.
